Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process, review, and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy and proper authorization.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other supporting documents.
  • Prepare check vouchers and ensure timely preparation of checks or online payments.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and flag any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding billing issues and payment status.
  • Maintain updated records of payables and payment schedules.
  • Reconcile monthly supplier statements and assist in account analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and BIR regulations related to disbursements.
  • Assist in preparation of BIR requirements (e.g., 2307, 2306, VAT forms).
  • Organize and file all AP documents for audit and reference purposes.
  • Support the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related business course.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and Philippine tax compliance is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and professionalism when dealing with suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
