As we expand our International Remittance Account, we're looking for passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic FinTech team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as emails, efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Process international remittance transactions in full compliance with local and global financial regulations.
  • Deliver accurate information, effective issue resolution, and clear product education to customers.
  • Maintain and update customer records accurately in CRM systems.
  • Support multiple client products while ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and management to consistently achieve performance targets and service goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience handling an international account.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Background in remittance processing is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Flexible and amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
