The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and driving revenue growth. The role involves lead generation, market research, client engagement and coordination with internal teams to develop and close business deals that align with company's strategic objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

· Identify and qualify potential clients, business partners and market opportunities

· Conduct outbound calls, e-mails and presentations to generate new leads

· Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through CRM tools

· Research industry trends and target market segments to expand reach

  1. Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners

· Understand client needs and propose tailored business solutions

· Coordinate meetings, product demos and presentations to support sales efforts

· Ensure client satisfaction and support post-sales relationships for repeat business.

  1. Proposal and Deal Management

· Prepare business proposals and presentations for potential clients

· Collaborate with internal terms/process owners to ensure feasibility and profitability

· Negotiate contracts and agreements in coordination with management

· Monitor deal progress from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up

  1. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

· Conduct research on competitors, market trends and emerging opportunities

· Provide insights and recommendations for improving market positioning and product

offerings

· Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies based on market

intelligence

  1. Reporting and Performance Tracking

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and conversions

· Prepare regular business development reports and performance dashboards

· Track sales metrics and provide analysis on lead conversion rates and revenue growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

· 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales or account management

· Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. HUbspot, Salesforce) and MS Office tools

· Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and present findings to management

· Highly motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
