ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist to manage and support all technology-related requirements of the company. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and data systems across all departments. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, solutions-oriented, and capable of designing scalable systems to support the company's growth and operational needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems across all offices and branches.
- Ensure data security, backup protocols, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Manage company email systems, cloud storage, and internal communication platforms.
B. User Support & Training
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Create and maintain user guides and documentation for internal systems.
C. Systems Development & Integration
- Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems, inventory tools).
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to integrate systems and automate workflows.
- Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and service providers.
D. Compliance & Security
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and IT-related regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage access controls, user permissions, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Conduct periodic audits of IT systems and recommend improvements.
E. Strategic Planning & Growth Support
- Support the company's expansion by designing scalable IT infrastructure.
- Participate in planning for digital transformation and process automation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations aligned with business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and enterprise software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or branch networks.
- Strong documentation and project management skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
