The Business Analyst supports the company's growth initiatives by conducting market research, analyzing business performance, identifying new opportunities, and providing data-driven insights. The role bridges strategic planning and operational execution ensuring business expansion efforts are efficient and aligned with organizational goals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Market Research and Opportunity Analysis

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs and potential new

markets or segments

· Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies and market positioning.

· Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnership and expansion areas.

· Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for proposed projects or new ventures.

  1. Business Performance Analysis

· Track and analyze sales performance, revenue streams and customer acquisition metrics.

· Develop reports and dashboards to monitor business KPIs and identify growth patterns.

· Provide actionable insights to optimize business strategies and improve profitability

· Support forecasting, budgeting, and targeting-setting activities for business development

initiatives.

  1. Strategic Planning and Proposal Development

· Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth

· Prepare presentations, proposals and pitch decks for potential clients, investors, or partners.

· Support the creation of partnership models, pricing or frameworks and projections.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.

  1. Client and Partner Engagement Support

· Identify and evaluate potential clients, partners, and key accounts.

· Assist in managing relationships with external stakeholders to support business

opportunities.

· Conduct follow-ups and support documentation for proposals, contracts and engagements.

  1. Reporting and Documentation

· Maintain records of business development activities, pipelines and leads.

· Prepare regular reports for management summarizing progress, challenges and

recommendations.

· Track ROI and outcomes of business development campaigns and partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance or related field

· 2 to 4 years experience in business analysis, business development or strategy roles

· Strong Analytical and research skills with attention to detail

· Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI or other data analytics tool

· Strong presentation and communication abilities (verbal and written)

· Knowledge of CRM Tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage

· Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and project management skills
