Job description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compliance & Ethics:
- Ensure to always act in compliance with organizational standards & sales guidelines, code of ethics and external legal regulations
Business Development:
- To prospect, approach and onboard (new) target customer (Quality, Long term and sizeable accounts with high growth potential)
- To meet and exceed given sales target
- To build and maintain a strong customer relationship, proactively garner customer feedback and effectively manage customer complaints
- To Communicate and collaborate with assigned Inside Sales Representative and National Sales Manager to provide a seamless sales experience for your prospects and customers; ensure alignment of commercial objectives, financial objectives and customer needs.
- To create and maintain an industry network and generate new sales leads for the organization
- To attend and participate in weekly operational and sales meetings
- Ensuring data quality and timeliness in updating the sales activities through the CRM system as well as regular sales reports
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Provide periodic, consistent and constructive feedback
- Maintain a fair and inclusive work environment, fostering partnership and solidarity within the team
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience within the Sales (hunting & outdoor) function, within the Freight Forwarding Industry
- Valid Driver license and own Car
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in business or logistics
- Exposure and understanding of legal & local regulations impacting the tasks of the function
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (for internal & external Communication)
- Proficiency in MS office tools (particularly MS Excel)
- Proactive, pragmatic and independent
- Attention to detail
- Relationship Management
- Time Management
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality & Integrity
