JOB MISSION

Sales Executive is responsible for increasing and maximizing the profitability of the company by:

  • Achieving sales targets and driving sales growth;
  • Generating and maintaining clients;
  • Guaranteeing 100% collection.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generating leads and approaching prospective customers;
  • Conducting product knowledge / demonstrations and familiarizing clients with products offered;
  • Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages tailored-fit per client's requirements;
  • Taking and processing orders and following up on any issues;
  • Maintaining good relationships with businesses and updating sales records;
  • Studies the market and come up with recommendations to increase sales;
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
  • Updates oneself on Product Knowledge;
  • Identifies product promotion improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors;
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;
  • Ensures complete documentation of clients, sales and other arrangements;
  • Assists the Finance Team in collection efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • with pleasing personality
  • With at least 2 years experience as sales of fast-moving consumer goods or livestock product (poultry) or related industry;
  • Graduate in any business-related course;
  • Strong background in Sales is a must;
  • Well-versed in Metro Manila and nearby provinces;
  • With experience in dealing with external clients;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and time management;
  • Good presentation skills;
  • Driving experience is a plus;
  • Willing to travel and do fieldworks by commute if necessary.
