About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Quantity Solutions, Inc. as a Business Development Executive. You will play a key role in driving new business growth for our company. This full-time position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target markets
  • Generating qualified leads and converting them into new clients
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Presenting our solutions to prospective clients and negotiating contract terms
  • Providing regular sales reports and forecasting

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the construction/engineering industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to senior-level decision-makers
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
