Your role

As An CSR - Account Coordinator, You Will

  • Make outbound calls to warm and recent prospects.
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, texts, emails, and chats.
  • Educate homeowners about our product, pricing, and application steps.
  • Respond and support our homeowners in the following scenarios;
  • Questions, concerns and feedback
  • Providing updates to application status
  • Underwriting requests
  • Distributing leads among Account Managers
  • Contribute to pilot programs and conversion-focused initiatives.
  • Assist in creating SOPs, manuals, and workflows.
  • Help onboard new team members via shadowing sessions.
  • Track and report key data for team dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Conduct QA checks and help monitor team calls.

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within financial services
  • Strong business-to-consumer (B2C) written and communication skills
  • Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with a Mortgage or HELOC (homeloan) product is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in a customer facing role
