Cabana is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join the team in a fully remote position. Serving as the voice of the company, this role is essential in ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the company's services. This is a contractor position. 

Responsibilities:

● Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding pool maintenance, scheduling, and services

● Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

● Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

● Collaborate with pool technicians and other departments to address complex customer needs

● Contribute to improving customer service processes and policies

Key Requirements:

● Fluent, near-native level spoken English

● Availability to work US business hours

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills

● Experience in customer service or related field

● Proficiency with common computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

● 1-2 years of customer service experience

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

● Knowledge of pool maintenance is a plus, but not required – training will be provided
