We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (English) who are dedicated to providing exceptional service in a professional, remote-work environment.

Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients and their customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively in a professional, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Provide clear solutions and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Document and manage customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Meet or exceed service delivery standards, KPIs, and client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in BPO or remote work setups.
  • Bilingual proficiency preferred (additional Asian languages are an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and adaptability.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, IT platforms, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules if required.

Additional Assets

  • Prior experience in the BPO industry or customer support outsourcing.
  • Technical proficiency with multiple IT systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Compensation

  • 1–2 years' experience: ₱36,000/month
  • 3–5 years' experience: ₱45,000/month
  • 5+ years' experience: ₱50,500/month
