Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to drive business growth.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across cosmetics and food product lines.

  • Brand & Product Management

  • Lead the launch and promotion of new products in both industries.

  • Manage product lifecycle, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D for product innovation and consumer-driven development.

  • Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and oversee digital, traditional, and trade marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure effective use of marketing channels: social media, PR, events, and retail promotions.
  • Monitor ROI and campaign performance using KPIs and analytics.

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Creative teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
  • Build relationships with external partners, agencies, and distributors.

  • Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in cosmetics and food markets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in brand management within the cosmetics and/or food industry.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM systems.
