Sales and Marketing Director

With over 25 years in the business, Yapster e-Insurance is ready to take on a bigger role in the market. The Marketing Director we are looking for will lead Yapster e-Insurance's growth strategy and execution, driving both excellent customer service and generating leads.

This role will shape how the company communicates its value proposition to the market, ensuring consistent, customer-centric messaging across all channels. The Marketing Director will also oversee marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Build and manage distribution channels, including digital, corporate, and agency partnerships.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across product lines.
  • Establish performance metrics (sales KPIs, conversion ratios) within the team and ensure accountability.
  • Develop customer retention programs to increase lifetime value.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with aggregators, platforms, and distribution partners.
  • Represent Yapster in industry forums, conferences, and media to build brand credibility.
  • Explore innovative growth opportunities within the insurtech ecosystem.
  • Position Yapster as a trusted insurance brand with clear, customer-focused messaging.
  • Ensure consistency of brand communication across online and offline channels.
  • Use data and customer insights to refine campaigns and product positioning.
  • Lead and mentor the existing team.
  • Drive a performance-driven culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ROI on both marketing spend and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and adaptive to fast-changing market trends.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within the organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php80,000.00 per month
