We are currently looking for a Training Instructor to support the development of our security guards through effective training programs and learning materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring our personnel are knowledgeable, skilled, and professional in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the training and development needs of guards
  • Conduct research on relevant topics (e.g., customer service, professionalism, communication) to support training content
  • Develop and design training materials such as presentations, modules, handouts, and other learning tools
  • Create individual training plans as needed for targeted development
  • Facilitate training sessions and administer assessments to measure learning progress
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology or a related field (licensure or board passer status is preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, training, or supporting learning and development initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory ability
  • Preferably with background or experience in the security industry
  • Ability to design training plans and prepare learning materials
