SYR Media is looking for a passionate and skilled Dance Instructor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must be a professional instructor with proven dance expertise, capable of teaching and managing multiple students while delivering high-quality performances. A strong understanding of TikTok dance trends and popular choreography is essential, as the role will focus on training, teaching, and performing dances aligned with trending content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and lead group dance classes with emphasis on TikTok dance trends and viral choreography.

• Choreograph creative routines for performances, events, and social media projects.

• Train and inspire students to develop skills, confidence, and stage presence.

• Effectively handle multiple students in class settings.

• Stay updated with emerging TikTok trends, music, and choreography styles.

• Collaborate with the creative team for content creation, events, and live performances.

• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and energy during training and rehearsals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be a professional dance instructor with certifications, awards, or recognition in the field.

• Strong dance background with expertise in modern, hip-hop, and TikTok-style choreography.

• Ability to perform at a high level and teach multiple students simultaneously.

• Creativity in choreography and adaptability to trending dance content.

• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

• Must be willing to work on-site.

• Salary Range: ₱23,000 – ₱25,000
