English Language Instructor - University

(with Free On-Campus Housing)

Salary: ₱56,700 – ₱81,000/month

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and qualified English Language Instructors to join a prestigious university. The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency, teaching experience, and a commitment to helping students improve their academic and practical English skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Education, Linguistics, English, TESOL, or related fields preferred).
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or related teaching certification is an advantage.
  • Prior teaching experience at the university or secondary level preferred.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Open to cultural exchange and motivated to work in an international academic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach English courses such as Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading, or Academic English according to the university's curriculum.
  • Prepare syllabi, lesson plans, and teaching materials tailored to students' proficiency levels.
  • Facilitate interactive learning activities (discussions, group work, presentations) to enhance communication skills.
  • Assign and evaluate homework, essays, and oral presentations; provide constructive feedback.
  • Design and participate in student assessments (quizzes, midterms, finals).
  • Support extracurricular activities such as English corners, cultural exchange programs, and student events.
  • Attend faculty meetings, teaching workshops, and training sessions for professional development.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: ₱56,700 – ₱81,000.
