POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES (OFFICES)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute marketing and communication activities
    according to the marketing plan.
  • Track the performance of all marketing campaigns
    and organize market research.
  • Spearhead brand architecture and strategy
    for the Commercial Properties Group.
  • Create marketing collaterals
    , including both digital and physical materials.
  • Assist with the company's press releases
    .
  • Develop full-year business and marketing plans
    and a calendar of events.
  • Assess the results of marketing campaigns
    .
  • Drive online traffic
    through web-related campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers
    .
  • Maintain records of billings, contracts, and other important documents
    related to the marketing activities of the department.
  • Manage crisis situations
    effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course, preferably Marketing Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, and Copywriting.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Preferably with experience in a Real Estate or Property Company.
  • Candidate must be willing to
    WORK ONSITE in Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
