About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join our team at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc. in Pasay City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote the Institute's services and enhance brand awareness
  • Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events, to effectively reach and engage our target audience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives and support lead generation efforts
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and optimise the marketing budget to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to continually improve strategies
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the marketing team, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the healthcare or a related industry
  • Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
