What You'll Be Doing
- Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets
- Supervise and coach a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure alignment with company goals
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales supervisory or team lead role, preferably in distribution or FMCG
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive results
- Solid understanding of sales processes and performance metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
