Innovative Investors and Financing Co. Inc., is looking for a Branch Supervisor that will be assigned in Sen Fernando, Pampanga Branch

Job Role:

We're looking for a Branch Supervisor who will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their loan needs while ensuring accurate processing and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve sales and collection targets
  • Oversee client transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service
  • Prepare and analyze branch performance reports and recommend process improvements
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff to uphold company standards
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with management and other departments to support branch initiatives
  • Handle client concerns and operational issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience

(Experience in the financing, lending, or banking industry is an advantage)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
  • With a pleasing personality and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local dialect is a plus
  • Willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga
  • Can start immediately
