About the Role

As Director, Provider Enrollment, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Provider Enrollment department. You'll lead and mentor a team, manage client relationships, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all enrollment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Provider Enrollment department's daily operations.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
  • Monitor client-level metrics and ensure timeliness and accuracy of new enrollment, reenrollment, and credentialing activities.
  • Provide regular client updates and manage special projects.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, policies, and procedures.
  • Track and analyze trends through reporting to drive decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in provider enrollment, physician billing, hospital billing, or vendor management.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of provider enrollment requirements and processes.
  • Willingness to work full onsite in Pampanga, on night shift.

Good-to-Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with CAQH database, NPI website, and maintaining EDI/EFT/ERA processes.
  • Multi-state provider enrollment exposure.
