Job Scope:


• Oversee all aspects of tax compliance and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate filings with BIR, BoC, LGUs, and other regulatory authorities.


• Lead and manage tax audits, assessments, refunds, and government correspondences to minimize risks and safeguard the organization.


• Drive tax planning strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce unnecessary liabilities within the bounds of applicable laws.


• Provide tax advisory support to management, including the impact of new laws, contracts, and business initiatives.


• Ensure proper documentation, controls, and audit-readiness across all legal entities under the Group.

Qualifications:


• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).


• At least 10 years of relevant tax experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.


• Strong technical expertise in Philippine tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.


• Proven ability to manage tax audits, risk controls, and government dealings.


•
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
