Key Responsibilities
Frontline Services
- Entertain inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online) and manage class schedules
- Handle parents' concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist parents throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain and update student and financial records; prepare reports as needed
Operations & Administration
- Oversee and ensure the smooth flow of daily center operations
- Develop and implement center policies and procedures
- Request and manage materials and supplies
- Coordinate with Play Facilitators, Play Facilitator Assistants, and maintenance staff regarding operational needs
- Coordinate with the Head Teacher on school programs and activities
- Manage branch budget, expenses, and supplies
- Participate in campaigns and events
- Send updates and valuable inputs to the Deputy School Director and School Director
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in school administration, operations, customer service, or related roles is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems proactively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
