Position:Sr. Manager - Provider Enrollment/Credentialing (Healthcare)

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Schedule:Night Shift

Work Set-up:On Site

Employment Type:Full Time and Direct Hire

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder of Healthcare or relevant course.
  • Proven leadership, supervisory, and team development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of provider enrollment requirements for physician billing; multi-state experience preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare business processes, financial reporting, and medical terminology; Familiarity with medical record documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities at a management level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the full provider enrollment lifecycle while monitoring client-level metrics to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Provider Enrollment team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with clients, providing regular updates on credentialing and enrollment deliverables; Conduct regular management meetings to review enrollment status, and held claims.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Manage special projects and support organizational initiatives as needed.
