We are a leading waterproofing & leakage repair specialist company in Singapore. Established since 1999, we have long-standing reputation and industry trust, that is known for excellent quality of work and customer service. Due to strong business growth, we are seeking a remote Digital Marketing cum Customer Service Specialist to support with digital marketing and customer support activities.

Key responsibilities:

SEO & Website Management: Manage and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic

Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads and other digital ads campaigns

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone and whatsapp chat regarding waterproofing & leakage repair services, scheduling appointments, following up on quotations and payments

Administrative Assistance: Produce invoices, billing and maintain records according to the company protocol

Collaborate with other team members to drive more customer satisfaction and sales growth

Working Hours: 9am-6pm from Monday to Saturday, fully remote. Hours are based on Singapore time zone (same as Philippines time zone)

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer service and administrative support

Hands-on experience with SEO, paid ads (Google Ads), and analytics tools

Ability to handle administrative support tasks with professionalism

Excellent English communication, organizational, and time management skills

Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and adapting in a fast-paced work environment environment

Previous knowledge or experience in waterproofing, home renovation, or repair is preferred but not required

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: SGD 800–1,000/month, based on experience.
  • Benefits: Annual 13rd month cash bonus and annual leave.
