As we build our brand from the ground up, we're looking for passionate and driven Videographer cum Photographer to join our pioneering team. This is your chance to be part of something fresh, meaningful, and full of potential — where your ideas and energy help shape the entire customer experience.

Role Overview

The Videographer cum Photographer is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content that supports the company's branding, marketing, and operational needs. This role ensures that all photos and videos align with the company's creative direction, storytelling style, and overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography

  • Capture high-quality images for products, events, food, corporate profiles, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct photo shoots both in studio and on-site.
  • Edit, retouch, and enhance images to meet brand and marketing standards.

2. Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and produce engaging videos for marketing, social media, training, and internal communication.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes, product launches, promotional, and event coverage.
  • Ensure proper lighting, sound, and framing during shoots.
  • Edit videos with effects, transitions, captions, and background music as needed.

3. Creative Direction & Content Development

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Management team to conceptualize photo and video content.
  • Stay updated with trends in photography, videography, and digital content creation.
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve storytelling and visual branding.

4. Technical & Equipment Management

  • Operate and maintain photography/videography equipment (cameras, drones, lighting, audio equipment, etc.).
  • Ensure safe storage, organization, and care of all media assets.
  • Manage digital files and maintain proper archiving system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Photography, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
  • Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of lighting, audio recording, and post-production techniques.
  • Creative, resourceful, and adaptable to various environments (studio, events, outdoor shoots).
  • Willingness to visit stores and work on field if needed
