About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. This role also involves managing and maintaining the organization's website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging content across digital platforms.
- Analyze and report campaign performance using tools like Hootsuite and platform analytics.
- Lead the strategy and daily operations of social media channels.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to comments and reviews appropriately.
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for campaign partnerships.
- Coordinate with KOLs to ensure successful project execution.
- Audit and guide sales team social media accounts to align with brand standards.
- Organize and maintain a centralized repository of social media content assets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Center).
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Hootsuite, website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
