Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management.

  • Ability to multi task effectively
  • Candidate must be fluent in English (both oral and written)

  • Competency in Microsoft application including Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to attract potential customers and promote products.
  • Content Creation: Develop creative marketing materials such as product photos, videos, captions, and promotional banners aligned with brand guidelines.
  • E-Commerce Promotion: Implement online campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities designed to increase visibility and boost online sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms to maintain a positive brand image and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, traffic, and sales conversion) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely updates across all online platforms.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and e-commerce best practices to maintain competitiveness and innovation.
