Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City 1634
Join our Group Benefits (Healthcare) team as a Customer Care Representative (CCR GB) and be the first point of contact for members in the US and Canada. You will handle pure inbound calls addressing queries related to insurance, claims, benefits, and eligibility.
Qualifications:- 3rd-year undergraduate (completed at least 2 years in college, no back subjects) OR 2-year vocational graduate
- College graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- At least 12 months solid tenure per BPO experience handling a metrics-driven international account (AHT, CSAT, QA required)
- Preferably with Healthcare/Health Insurance international account experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM onwards)
- Rest Days: Fixed Weekends Off
- Hybrid Set up (3 days Onsite, 2 days WFH)
Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱24,000
Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA):
- ₱7,000 monthly (attendance-based, 21–22 working days)
- ₱9,000 monthly upon regularization
Night Differential: 10%
HMO Coverage Day 1 (plus 2–3 dependents)
Retirement and Life Insurance – FREE upon regularization
Payout Scheme: Once a month, every 30th of the month
