POSITION DESCRIPTIONA Channel Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with channel partners and driving sales revenue for the company based on targets and metrics. This role involves partner management, collaboration on sales strategies, marketing activities, partner training, pipeline, and performance monitoring. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesRelationship management – build and maintain relationships to develop and focus on partners. Articulate the company's core business and solutions to partners. Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for channel partners.

Provide regular training plans with channel partners. Monitor pipeline and sales performance of channel partners regularly. Collaborate with sales managers, BDMs, and channel partners on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.

Conduct mutual and beneficial sales negotiations between the company and channel partners. Address and resolve sales and internal disputes that may arise. Plan, collaborate, and execute marketing activities with channel partners.

Ensure adherence to global compliance standards and communicate these to channel partners to ensure policy and standards are followed. Generate sales reports regularly and provide market trends and insights to partners. Identify opportunities to grow and expand partner relationships and develop potential new channel partners.

Collaborate closely with vendors on opportunities involving develop and focus partners. Work closely with partners to ensure partner experience and success.
