About the Role

We are seeking a
strategic and hands-on HR Head
to lead the human resources function of a fast-growing healthcare technology company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in
professionalizing the organization
, building a strong
talent pipeline
, and shaping HR programs that support the company's
expansion goals over the next two years
.

This role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence — someone passionate about creating people-centered systems, fostering organizational growth, and ensuring HR policies are aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's growth and business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Design and execute programs to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capability.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and scale-up efforts.

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and build talent acquisition strategies to support the company's expansion.
  • Establish and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates in healthcare and technology sectors.

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks that ensure compliance and operational consistency.
  • Ensure labor laws and regulations are adhered to across all HR functions.

Performance & Culture

  • Build a performance-driven culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and growth.
  • Champion employee well-being and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is an advantage).
  • At least
    8–10 years of progressive HR experience
    , with 3+ years in a leadership or head role.
  • Proven experience in
    Organizational Development, Recruitment, and HR Policy creation/implementation
    .
  • Background in
    technology, healthcare, or start-up environments
    is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution capability.
