Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (Email/Chat/Phone), providing professional and accurate answers, as well as shipment tracking services.
  • Follow up on customer order issues to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Record and track customer issues to ensure effective resolution and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Report any special circumstances encountered during service promptly, collaborating with the team to optimize customer service processes.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, with strong listening, reading, writing, and conversational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, optimistic and cheerful, with a strong "Here to Serve" mindset and work attitude.
  • Strong work ethic, good teamwork spirit, and able to thrive in a high-demand environment
  • Experience in cross-border logistics customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to handle both B2B and B2C customers' needs simultaneously is a plus.
  • Follow Hong Kong Public holidays instead of PH's
