JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Receive and review import documents from clients and NVOCC partners to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to verify account arrangements prior to shipment release.
  • Prepare YUNAS job entries for shipments without Yusen Bill of Lading and send pre-alert notifications to internal and external stakeholders (BP, AIP, COG, Brokerage).
  • Issue pre-alerts and arrival notices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Prepare shipment forecasts and advise clients on delivery requirements for import cargo.
  • Communicate vessel delay advisories and provide daily updates on customs processing and shipment status.
  • Collect Letter of Authorization (LOA) from consignees for container deposit refunds and coordinate approval for payment requests with management.
  • Monitor shipment delivery progress until empty container return; proactively inform clients of any potential charges.
  • Accurately input delivery dates for door shipments in YUNAS system.
  • Obtain client approvals for incidental charges related to detention, storage, and demurrage.
  • Prepare and coordinate Container Terminal Facility (CTF) replenishment requirements with customers and terminal teams.
  • Collect Equipment Interchange Receipts (EIR) for customers not using YL truck services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably a graduate of BS Business Administration major in Customs Administration for Import or any related course)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in Customer Service experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in English Communication
  • Amenable to work in Sucat Paranaque
