Technical Support & Client Communication

  • Own the full lifecycle of IT assets (hardware and software) for the client—from
  • acquisition through retirement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventories using Jira Assets (Insight),
  • Lansweeper, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Work directly with the client's procurement team to support asset acquisition, vendor
  • coordination, and order tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with the client's internal IT leadership to align asset strategies with
  • operational and compliance requirements.
  • Implement and enforce asset management policies, processes, and best practices
  • tailored to the client's environment.
  • Track software licensing and ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and metrics related to asset health, usage,lifecycle status, and audits.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device assignment and recovery.
  • Coordinate physical inventory audits and ensure reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for asset optimization and cost reduction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT asset management or IT operations experience, preferably within an MSP or client-service environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing assets using: o Jira Assets (Insight) o Lansweeper o Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience working directly with client procurement teams and aligning asset processes with external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, licensing, and asset lifecycle principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
