IT Asset Administrator (Up to ₱40,000 + Onsite Cebu + FREE AI Certification) – Cebu City | Onsite (5 days a week) | Night Shift (PH Time)

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records and manage inventory across hardware and software assets.
  • Coordinate with couriers and vendors for asset deliveries, warranties, and disposal.
  • Support audits by aligning asset data with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support users with service requests.
Role Purpose

In this role, your mission is to keep every device and software tracked and ready so the whole team can work without disruption. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Maintaining accurate records and managing inventory across hardware and software assets.
  • Coordinating with couriers and vendors for asset deliveries, warranties, and disposal.
  • Supporting audits by aligning asset data with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users with service requests.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 2–5 years managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strong background in asset tracking, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Exposure to outsourcing or BPO is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with inventory and asset management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Non-Negotiables

  • Willingness to work onsite, 5 days a week, night shift (PH Time).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High integrity and accountability in handling company assets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AI tools or software for workflow optimization.
  • Experience in outsourcing or shared services environments.
  • Experience supporting audits and compliance efforts.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management.
