Job DescriptionGovernment Mandated BenefitsInsurance Health & WellnessHMODescriptionAs the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will oversee and drive the development and execution of strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent for our organization. She/He will lead a team of recruiters while working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to enhance hiring performance and ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Supervisor will manage the onboarding process to ensure that new hires are effectively integrated into the company, fostering a smooth transition and enhancing employee engagement from day one.
Duties and Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives and workforce planning needs. Design, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding process, ensuring it reflects the company's values, culture, and operational goals. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to optimize the recruitment process.
Regularly assess and refine recruitment strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains high-quality talent in a competitive market. Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing clear guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance. Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the recruitment team, continuously monitoring effectiveness and offering constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Recruitment and Onboarding Process Management:Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding, ensuring efficiency and high-quality hiring outcomes.Implement streamlined processes and leverage tools to improve recruitment and onboarding workflows. Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely execution of hiring processes. Candidate Sourcing, Assessment, and Interviewing:Direct and manage sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates across multiple platforms and recruitment channels. Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine candidate assessment tools and interview processes to ensure they are both effective and unbiased.
Conduct initial screenings, manage interviews, and partner with hiring managers to assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit within the organization. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with the Learning and Development team, Operations, and Admin Facilities to assess candidate profiles and ensure alignment with team needs.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs, business objectives, and hiring projections. Provide expert consultation to hiring managers regarding market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to secure top talent. Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides or their MS counterparts are essential
Flexible in approach to work, self-driven, responsible, organized and a team player.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (usually 5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in a leadership/supervisory role
Proven track record in managing recruitment processes and leading teams. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing, and assessment methods. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and hiring best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize recruitment strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
