About the Role:

The Graphic Vector Artist quickly transforms customer artwork into high-quality vector designs while following strict production standards. The role may also involve hand-drawing characters, mascots, or other images based on customer submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and efficiently vectorize JPEG logos/artwork from customers to produce high-quality designs (no autotrace)
  • Create artwork following specific or limited instructions based on customer needs or art manager specifications
  • Follow design guidelines/standards to ensure artwork works in production
  • Hand-draw characters, mascots, or other images from customer references

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years of vector design experience in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or higher with a portfolio to prove experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Stable internet connection and availability during US business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM CST)

Additional Information:

  • Hourly position with paid training period
  • The role is high-paced and demanding. Candidates must stay flexible, work quickly, and act as a team player
  • Paid skill test for qualified applicants

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Paid training period
  • 13th-month pay & paid leaves after a year
  • ₱30,000–₱38,000 per month
  • Annual performance-based salary increase
