What You'll Do:

  • Transform customer-provided JPEG logos or artwork into high-quality, production-ready designs quickly and efficiently, without relying on autotrace or equivalent programs.
  • Apply creativity and precision to artwork, following specific or sometimes limited instructions based on customer expectations, needs, or art manager specifications.
  • Follow detailed design guidelines and standards to ensure every piece works perfectly in production.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years of vector design experience in Adobe Illustrator CS6 or higher, supported by a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and pay close attention to detail.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection suitable for remote work.
  • Willingness to use time-tracking software.
  • Available for the graveyard shift (11 PM to 8 AM PHT, Monday to Friday).
  • Open to Filipino citizens only.

Additional Information:

  • This is a remote, commission-based role paid per artwork.
  • Earnings can reach up to ₱38,000 per month or more, depending on the number of artworks you complete. The more you finish, the more you earn.
  • Paid training will be provided during the first 6 weeks.
  • This is a performance-based role, where your earnings reflect your speed, quality, and dedication.
  • There is no daily project limit, allowing you to maximize your earning potential.
  • 100% work-from-home setup, giving you full flexibility and comfort.

Compensation and Growth:

Your earning potential depends on your speed and quality. Some designs can be completed in as little as 20 minutes, rewarding efficiency, creativity, and teamwork.
