Accounting Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily accounting operations, providing overall guidance to treasury, accounts

receivable, and accounts payable staff.

  1. Participate in overseeing the safeguarding of all financial reports, company assets, and

databases.

  1. Review and check requisitions and expense reports, including cash advances subject to

liquidation and petty cash replenishments.

  1. Review daily collection reports (DCR) prepared by the cashier, ensuring all receipts are

properly supported before submission to approving officers.

  1. Monitor post-dated checks (PDCs) and other collections to ensure these are fully

accounted for and deposited on time.

  1. Maintain proper and organized accounting records, monitoring reports, and other

documents for safekeeping and easy retrieval.

  1. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including taxes, government filings, and

audit obligations.

Finance Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with department heads to ensure each department remains within budget.

  2. Provide data and insights for monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) used in

performance review materials.

  1. Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

  2. Monitor and analyze cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.

  3. Prepare management reports and conduct financial analyses to support decision-making.

  4. Support financial planning, cost control, and efficiency initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
