Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Finance Supervisor to oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for our distribution operations. The role will ensure effective cost management, compliance with company policies, and accurate reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor distribution finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports related to distribution activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with distribution and logistics teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities for distribution-related accounts.
  • Monitor inventory and warehouse costing, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate finance staff under the distribution finance unit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in distribution, logistics, or supply chain finance is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
