Job Specifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field

· With more than 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit

· Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Familiarity with BIR regulations, tax compliance, and other statutory reporting requirements

· Experience in preparation of Adjusted Trial Balance and financial reporting.

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel

· Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy

· Good leadership skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal departments

· Ability to document accounting policies and procedures and recommend process improvements

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Oversees the quality of work of Accounting Associates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.

· Provides guidance and support to the accounting team, addressing questions and resolving issues.

· Conducts performance reviews and providing feedback to improve team performance.

· Prepares the Adjusted Trial Balance to be submitted to the Accountant for preparation of Financial Statements.

· Prepares other reports such as Cash Flow and Budget.

· Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.

· Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.

· Develops and implements accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

· Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

· Maintains confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

· Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
