The Customer Relations Representative serves as the primary point of contact between our organization and customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong professional relationships with our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Process customer requests, orders, and account modifications
- Coordinate with other departments to expedite customer service delivery
- Provide product/service information and support to customers
- Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and outcomes
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate management personnel
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving customer service processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
