The Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new accounts, managing existing customers, and promoting 2GO's logistics, cargo, forwarding, and value-added services. The role ensures that client requirements are met while achieving sales targets and strengthening 2GO's market presence in the Central Visayas area.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Account Management
Manage existing customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide tailored logistics solutions to meet client requirements.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalation to ensure service quality.
Sales Execution
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure seamless account servicing.
Coordinate with Marketing for promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility in the region.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and account status using CRM tools.
- Submit timely reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
