Job Summary
The Account Executive under Sales department is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new accounts, managing existing customers, and promoting 2GO's logistics and shipping solutions across the Visayas region. The role involves proactive sales activities, client relationship management, and coordination with operations to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential clients in the Visayas region.
- Promote and sell 2GO's full range of shipping, logistics, and value-added services.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring revenue growth for assigned accounts.
2. Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with operations for service fulfillment.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to provide insights for business planning.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and customer events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
4. Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to deliver seamless customer experience.
- Comply with company policies, processes, and ethical standards in all dealings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel within the Visayas region and work flexible hours as required.
