ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ø Act as the first point of contact for critical system incidents, performing initial triage to determine the severity and scope of the problem.

Ø Escalating critical errors to the US-based development team through established communication channels with detailed documentation.

Ø Maintain clear and accurate incident logs and contribute to post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.

Ø Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and internal documentation for common issues and operational tasks.

Ø Design, configure, and maintain monitoring rules, alerting filters, and performance dashboards to ensure accurate visibility into system health. Continuously tune thresholds and logic to reduce alert noise, minimize false positives, and improve the signal-to-noise ratio for actionable insights.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ø Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.

Experience and Certifications

Ø 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, infrastructure operations, or related technical support role.

Ø Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and identify root causes.

Ø Communicates effectively with the ability to document processes clearly and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Ø Demonstrated ability to follow structured incident management and escalation procedures.

Ø Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

Ø An AI-first mindset, leveraging AI tools safely and effectively to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Technical or specific skills (e.g., technical, computer)

Ø Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for scripting, automation, and data analysis.

Ø Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or similar.

Ø Familiarity with Airbyte, Kafka, or related data integration and messaging tools.

Ø Ability to read and understand code in multiple languages, including C#, Java, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Ø Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, or Better Stack.

Ø Experience working with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Ø Understanding of network architecture fundamentals, including IP addresses, VPNs, gateways, and firewalls.

Ø Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.

Ø Proficiency using the command line on both Linux and Windows systems.

Ø Scripting knowledge (e.g., Bash, Python) for automating routine operational tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php36, Php52,000.00 per month
