Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in HR timekeeping or related HR functions
- Knowledge of timekeeping systems, biometrics, and attendance monitoring
- Familiarity with labor laws and company policies related to work hours and attendance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR
