EduConnect USA supports international students pursuing work and graduate study opportunities in the United States. We are expanding our CareerConnect program and are looking for a Career Partnerships & Business Development Specialist
to help us build corporate hiring pipelines and coach students toward successful U.S. careers.

This is a
full-time, on-site position in Makati
with work hours aligned to the
U.S. time zone
.

What You'll Do

This role combines
sales-driven corporate outreach
with
student career coaching
:

1. Corporate Partnership Development (Sales Focus)

  • Proactively identify and engage U.S. companies (especially in STEM and business fields) that employ non-immigrant professionals.
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, and managers to develop ongoing hiring and graduate study partnerships.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to grow new corporate partnerships.
  • Meet KPIs and performance targets related to partnership growth and student placements.

2. Career Coaching & Student Advising

  • Support students each 8-week term with resume development, U.S.-style applications, and interview preparation.
  • Guide students through job searches and career advancement opportunities.
  • Work directly with U.S. employers to place qualified international students into open roles.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in
    Makati, Philippines
    with ability to work
    U.S. business hours
    .
  • Sales-driven mindset
    with comfort in cold calling and hitting KPIs.
  • Experience in
    talent acquisition, corporate recruitment, or staffing
    (especially with U.S. companies) is a strong plus.
  • Background in
    STEM or business staffing/recruitment
    is highly valued.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
