We're Hiring: 2 Experienced Customer Success Specialists
Location:
Metro Manila (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week onsite)
Employment Type:
Full-time
We are expanding our Customer Success Team and looking for
two (2) driven and customer-focused Customer Success Specialists
who are passionate about helping clients succeed and maximizing the value they get from our solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients
- Provide day-to-day support, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth system usage
- Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for customer needs
- Monitor account health, track issues, and proactively identify opportunities for success
What We're Looking For
- At least 1-2 years of experience
in Customer Success, Technical Support, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
- Residing in Metro Manila
(Hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week onsite)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
