Administrative Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain records, databases, and confidential information accurately.
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, or scheduling interviews.
Marketing Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and post content for social media and company platforms.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Help design promotional materials (flyers, posters, newsletters).
  • Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and partners for marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads).
Combined Role
  • Act as a bridge between administrative operations and marketing activities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and office efficiency.
