We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Malbon Asia Creative Team, supporting initiatives across the Philippines, Vietnam, and China. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and an excellent communicator with the ability to manage projects independently. This role requires strong proficiency in English and experience using at least one project management tool to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee creative projects across the Philippines, Vietnam, and China, ensuring alignment with team goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Proficient in at least one project management tool (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Confident, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Working Conditions:

  • 4 days on-site work, 1 day remote work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
